1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the ₹2,999 webinar registration and consultation activation are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after payment
- Non-attendance of the webinar
- Delay in personal response or document availability
- Loan not getting approved due to eligibility, policy, or bank decisions
2. Nature of Service
By making the payment, you acknowledge that:
- This is not a course or training program
- This is not a one-to-one personal evaluation session
- Payment grants access to a professional webinar explaining our loan-processing framework, documentation strategy, and bank-handling approach
The fee is charged for time, expertise, experience, and process explanation, not for guaranteed results.
3. No Guarantee Clause
Truecare Financials does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Specific loan amount
- Interest rate or tenure
- Timeline beyond indicative ranges
Final decisions rest solely with banks/NBFCs.
4. Commission Clause
Any commission or success-based charges (if applicable) are discussed separately and charged only after loan disbursal.
The webinar fee is independent of disbursal outcome.
5. Dispute Resolution
By proceeding with payment, you agree not to raise chargebacks or payment disputes for services already rendered or initiated.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
